Let’s take a moment to think about what went right for you in 2024. How did you reach those achievements?
Next, think about your goals for 2025. I want to challenge you to dive in on one of them… whichever feels most accessible. Maybe it’s drafting a few emails to ask to collaborate with people you admire. Or taking a test to get that certification. Perhaps it’s simply walking around the block once a day to jumpstart your wellness efforts.
Take the time now, while things are quiet before January kicks off at full steam, to decide what new, SMALL task you can easily fit into your routine.
Make sure you tell someone about it. Your friend, your partner, your coach, your accountability group. Envision what your life will look like in a year if you start this new habit and keep it going. And envision what it will look like if you don’t.
